By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
2. Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.
3. Purchases and Refunds
- One-Time Payments: Our services (EPA, Core, Master Bundle) are billed on a one-time basis. You will have lifetime access to the purchased content.
- Refund Policy: Since our products are digital goods, refunds are generally discretionary. However, if you experience technical issues or are unsatisfied, please contact support@hvacexammaster.com within 7 days of purchase for a review. We reserve the right to refuse refunds if we detect abuse of the policy.
4. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (including quiz questions, explanations, and code) are and will remain the exclusive property of HVAC Exam Master. Our content is for your personal study use only and may not be copied, distributed, or sold.
5. Disclaimer
This Service is a study aid designed to help you prepare for EPA 608 and NATE exams. We are NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) or NATE (North American Technician Excellence).
While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that using this Service will result in a passing score on the actual exam.
6. Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
